International Voice Online Inc., duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as IVOLINE Inc., effective March 3, 2006 with the primary head office located at Unit 603 Globe Telecom Plaza Tower 1 Pioneer Highlands corner Madison St. Mandaluyong City, a multinational corporation that centers on developing the English Communication skills in Asian countries with Koreans as the primary clients. The Company’s attempt to provide the necessary skills to its students has come a long way. Backed by a competitive and highly skilled team of professionals and using competitive curricula, it has made its mark in the language center business, both locally and internationally. Now, it plans to take one step further by tapping unto other countries, particularly those in Southeast Asia like Japan, China and Taiwan IVOLINE Inc. envisions the company to be the best service provider among all call centers providing enhancement on strong communication skills of practical and conversational English of clients in Asia and other regions. 

History
Our beginnings were founded at Asian-American Language Center (AIC). Officially became a business entity with an initial team of seven teachers and ten students. Its aim is to become a pillar for South Korean students who desire to be proficient in the English language. With English being the universal language, there is a practical need for people to become adept in it. The first school of AIC in Dasmarinas, Cavite taught the English language in a classroom type of set-up. A second learning institute was put up in Greenhills San Juan to manage the growing demands of the business. The company decided to go a step further by utilizing information technology in their operations. It was in the Greenhills Center that Online English teaching was first implemented by AIC. Through online teaching, the company is able to reach students through the Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). This makes the company’s services globally competitive. The third learning institute of AIC was established May 2002, implementing both the online and offline English teaching. After several years, the incorporators of the company recognized the need to focus on Online teaching to our clients, Hence, Global Contents Integration Corporation was established last October 03, 2002 to serve its objective. The operation of the company centered on online teaching to Korean clients with its primary office located at Unit 603 Globe Telecom Plaza Tower 1 Mandaluyong City. The growing demand of the online teaching prompted the incorporators to establish IVOLINE Inc. that would embrace the entirety of the business. The company is committed to providing, facilitating and delivering the fundamentals of English required to instill and hone the skills essential in learning the English Language. IVOLINE Inc. envisions bridging the cultural gap among nations by crossing barriers of language communication. To ensure exceptional service is given to all clients, IVOLINE Inc. would set an immense standard in the line of service by employing innovative and impeccable methods in teaching. Online books, textbooks, and free talking are deemed essential in meeting the objectives. 
 
Product and Services
Our On – line English tutorial program at IVOLINE has been developed with the specific needs of our students in mind. Our unique methodology incorporates practical conversation, grammar, reading, accent, and pronunciation in all levels. We use carefully selected and up-to-date textbooks - including texts developed by IVOLINE- as well as many different types of conversational activities to create a fun and easy English learning environment. Our experienced teachers create an English-speaking-only class right from the first day. The Company is committed to providing, facilitating and delivering the fundamentals of English required to develop and instill the skills essential in learning the English Language. We have professional on-site interview personnel for the immediate evaluation of the student’s level. Spoken English is our focus in all levels from Basic to Advanced. Reading and writing skills are also an important part of our English program. After completing the basic levels, students are able to speak about their personal lives, as well as the places and activities they are familiar with. In the intermediate levels, the students are now able to express opinions and thoughts more easily incorporating commonly used idioms. The students in our advanced levels have the opportunity to expand their vocabulary and practice their conversation with up-to-date and realistic
